- Rental chairs consist of different models, and there are no pictures of each model. The best available unit will always be allocated first.
- Chairs are assigned on a first-rent-first-allocate, and advance booking or reservations are not available.
Rental extension
Rental rates are reset upon the due date, and continuation is processed as a new rental. Please inform us via WhatsApp/SMS/Call 3 working days before the due date and make payment via PayNow.
Arranging for return
If no rental continuation is required, please inform us at least 3 working days before the due date to arrange for collection. (Late fees might apply for overdue rental, or with less than 3 working days' notice). The collection time range is from 10 am to 6 pm on weekdays, and selection of a specific range is not available as transportation is dependent on weather and traffic conditions.
Refund of deposit
The deposit will be refunded via PayNow to the original mobile number on the 10th working day (or earlier) after the return of the chair.
